Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your P448 sneakers, but if they aren't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging included.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the old shipping labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
